Playoddity Membership Policies:

Terms & Conditions

  1. Memberships are for children between the ages of 3-14 at Playoddity inside Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, Illinois. This membership is not valid at any other locations.
  2. All Memberships are for the specific individual that enrolled in the Program and cannot be transferred to or used by another individual or family member. Each family member must purchase their own membership.
  3. By enrolling in this Membership Program, you authorize Playoddity to have all applicable membership, activation and cancellation fees automatically charged to the credit card provided. Should your credit card information change, you agree to notify Playoddity immediately. Otherwise, your Membership will be suspended.
  4. New Members will be charged for a $5 activation fee for each child that is enrolled.
  5. Visits are subject to hours of operation and availability. Other restrictions may apply. 
  6. Playoddity reserves the right to close Playoddity store periodically for private events, book your visit in advance.

  8. We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.
  9. We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to Playoddity membership at any time and without prior notice.
  10. Memberships are non-refundable.
  11. Membership entitles the holder to attend two mini activities and two workshops within a month. 
  12. Members may be eligible for discounts on party packages, merchandise, and special events. Promotional offers for new or existing memberships may be available periodically.
  13. The membership month commences from the date of payment and is renewed monthly on the same date thereafter.
  14. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  15. Playoddity reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to non-compliance with facility rules, misconduct, or other reasons deemed significant by Playoddity. 
  16. Playoddity is committed to protecting the privacy and security of members' personal information.
  17. Personal information collected is used only for membership administration and communication of Playoddity offerings.
  18. Members will receive regular updates and information via email or through the Playoddity member portal.
  19. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their contact information is current and accurate.
  20. Members and their guests must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by Playoddity staff.
